God Truly is great!

I have been following the chronicle of a little boy named Bronson and his mom Sara and their family for the last week. Like so many others here in blog land have. I sit here crying (at work), for joy for this family. Today their baby boy finally woke up. I was so scared for them when she was describing some of his symptoms. This story hit very close to my heart because it was a story about an accident that could happen to any of us. That has sadly happened in my family. To be able to watch this family go through such similar feelings that ours did, and yet, in the end have such a joyous outcome. Praise the lord for their outcome!! We lost our sweet baby niece Isabella, but their sweet baby Bronson was saved! Perhaps Isabella tugged on gods pants and asked him to listen to half the globe shouting their prayers in support of this family and child.


Perhaps she gave him one of her impish little smiles (like this) and told him to take care of that family. Either way I am joyful for them! It was healing to see them go through this. Perhaps because she blogged with such intensity that it allowed me to work through stuff I never got to, or perhaps it was just that I am at the point in my own grief that I can think of her and smile.

Feeling slightly better!

OK needing to get back on the blogger wagon here! I wanted to start today with this great offer that was given to me by General Mills. I was given a chance to product test the new Chocolate cheerios. I was sincerely impressed. They taste like a great chocolate treat. But with only 100 calories per serving (3/4 of a cup), they are not a bad snack for those that are watching their calorie intake. I think the best thing I can say about these though, is that my hubby LOVED them. He is not usually a big sweets fan, but he grabbed them out of the box last night and was like. Hey these really are good. Yay!! Low calorie chocolate snack! He actually had a bowl this morning for breakfast and was all happy when he got to drink the chocolate milk at the end! He can be such a kid at times!

Any who I got a bunch of coupons with my free box, and I would love to share! So I think I will toss a couple of them in with my giveaway. I will also be passing on some of my cover girl lovelies. That will be a post to come in a few days though. Once I get all of my try & tell's done on my friends done.

ugh.....

Well we are home. Now I am fighting a cold that can only be described ast epic. I have not been this ill in years. I mean, what the heck? I had all my shots??!!! (ok that sounded funny hehe).
